Compliance checklist before launch Obtain signed-off Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) / ESIS templates, confirm panel lenders list, register FRN on every page footer, archive website versions for FCA record-keeping, and ensure online journeys display required disclosures on-screen (not link-only) at the point of sale.
